      Good team and relaxed work environment with respect to comfort level with colleagues.

      Rate of increase in technical knowledge is slow, politics in the upper management as one grows.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
