      Good compensation (for some) if you are lucky (belong to the right group). Good to have on CV.

      Inconvénients

      Not creative environment. Incompetent management. Top-down micromanagement. Not fair promotions.

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
