      Avantages

      Employee care is very good in the company. It has a very good environment to work in. There are quite a few good leaders. Company pays well among its class of companies. It gives you the brand value in market.

      Inconvénients

      Technical growth can be stagnant. Knowledge is very Amdocs-specific.

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
