Avantages
Initial one month will be cool as the Higher management never has a plan for there so called resources, the pay-perks are good and fairly competitive in the market, Pune is a beautiful place. In Amdocs it is expected that anyone can do anything without proper training.. so be prepared for lot of shuffles, especially if in development teams.
Inconvénients
Reporting Code will always be a problem, the management is so so poor that it cannot be described in words. The managers work is only to take orders from higher management and be bullish in passing on to the employees without giving it a thought. As a result working in weekend in India is common that too with AC switched off and table fans as an substitute. Employee moral is very very down and most of them are trying to switch but due to recession Amdocs has the advantage.
