      See the world, explore different work areas, work with different people and different cultures, very nice people and good atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Job stability is not up to mark, moving jobs across the ocean, some position have no grace periods and the motto is to deliver in any cost.

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
