      Avantages

      Good quality work, cool environment, excellent facilities brkfst, lunch snacks

      Inconvénients

      Not good in paying, no one to guide you, you have to be self learner, negligible onsite opportunities for US based projects, no work life balance

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
