      Its been flexible and work/life balance good There's a variety of solutions Strong Israeli exec management Professional and hard working colleagues Manage PR and financials very well

      Unit management can be weak Slow integration / acquisition Big company = much politics = much delay Lots of big company processes No promotions/career management Lots of bossing mentality and fewer workers

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
