      Relatively easy to find a role that is not to demanding regarding work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Not recommended for career start. Lacking in teamwork and help while expecting from the worker to learn how to use company tools.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
