Avantages

Its a financially well-managed company, managed toward making a profit every quarter and pleasing shareholders and market. Has a talented international team of developers from a global organization. Software is developed, tested, and run in-production on site. Uses agile software development.

Inconvénients

The division has attempted for some period of time to develop some products. There is minimal leadership or management from a technical and product side.

Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

Inconvénients

Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
