      free work culture, growth, freedom to work, creative thinking is promoted, strong team culture is nurtured, global exposure and talent diversity

      Inconvénients

      I didnt find anything downside while working at amdocs. But initiatives to improve the internal innovation and nurture the talent should be taken.

      Avantages

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
