      It's a 24/7 shop no matter what position you have. Secrets. Finding information on projects is very difficult. Performance reviews are designed to minimize raises. Turnover rate is high.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
