      It is a very dynamic company

      Inconvénients

      High-stress workload, overtime is looked badly upon, projects are usually not well thought out and cause problems in later stages. Low people management culture Upper management does not give clear goals to the teams

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
