      Work from home if not in an area with main office.

      Inconvénients

      Company kept cutting heads but expected remaining people to pick up the work. Company doesn't really care about employees.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
