      Avantages

      Good learning for freshers. Good senior colleague.

      Inconvénients

      Micromanagement — they are never going to support you. The work‑life balance is terrible. They keep giving you extra work again and again, and if you refuse, they cut your bonus or hike. They frequently ask you to work on weekends, and they are always crying about the budget.

      Avantages

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
