      Avantages

      Large company with offices around the world. It is possible to transfer globally. People in Israel get stock options and other perks.

      Inconvénients

      The company is 100% focused on making it quarterly number and profit margin. They will cut people with required knowledge in spite of longer-term problems that might cause.

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
