      Four day working week made up of ten hour days Through Covid there were small bonuses and different events where we were given free food etc

      Inconvénients

      No progression opportunities Hire too many graduate with irrelevant degrees and no experience who are out of their depth in quite a high paced environment

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
