      4 days of work and can pick up extra shifts

      Inconvénients

      Got Fired for reporting workplace harassment and racism they lied said I broke Saftey Violation due to some weapons which had nothing to do with me veing harassed by managers and some racist coworkers, Workplace Retaliation, Coworkers filed fake reports on me they said I had weapons and that I've threatened another employee which is false because I was the victim I don't have weapons nor did I ever threatened anyone. I have proof of harrassment and open cases yet they still fired me.

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
