      High turnover-knowledge gets lost and constantly reinventing the wheel. No work-life balance Zero recognition Not a learning environment All development will happen on the job Sink or swim mentality without organizational support is stressful.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
