      basically I am not satisfied with this company after work almost 4 years.

      Inconvénients

      too much stress, too much pressure and new rules every day from new young graduated manager without any experience also you have to prepare to change your time shift almost every month.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
