      Avantages

      they do look after all of their staff , spacious factory , kept well maintained and clean. Plenty of training and support given within this enviroment.

      Inconvénients

      Constantly numbers driven and not always at the cost of the quality of produce being sent out. long shifts,with large areas to cover if you are allocated to the picking(gets you fit though).

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
