      Avantages

      Pays for school and excellent way start from nothing to operation management.

      Inconvénients

      Cheap company , out dated equipment that requires alot of manual labor. Many managers show favoritism to one who dry snitches first. Having elderly people do hard labor that a younger more capable person can do. Labor tracking so you can never use the bathroom for more than 4 mins.Very dirty shelves rodents and blood leaking from meat or chicken packages.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
