      The pay and the benefits were top notch especially for being an entry-level job

      Inconvénients

      Non-existent bathroom breaks coupled with all the standing means that almost *ANY* (long) bathroom emergency is pretty much risking your job

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
