Great reputation. You'll get offers from startups. You won't starve while you are receiving a paycheck.
Inconvénients
Management and HR will frequently deceive you. You will do the work of someone several years your junior. You will not be challenged for the most part. It's a very slow corporate climb. Very bureaucratic culture. People at just about every level will lie to you. You are not a business partner. Many people here view you as excess support for work they don't want to do. You will not have the support of any leadership.
