      Avantages

      Amazon has supported me from day one in my career training and development. The safety team here is great to work with and the hours really work me. The pay is also great!

      Inconvénients

      During peak season you won't see your family much, but luckily peak is only once per year around the holidays.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
