      Consistent pay and advancement opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management, they would have too lengthy of breaks meaning I could be sitting there way too long out of the day not getting paid. Flexing up and down happens every shift so you dont know if your gonna work a 3,4,5 hour shift that day very inconvenient.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
