      Great job as you get to control what happens in your department. Managing associates throughout the day to motivate and ensure that targets are met in a safe way. You get to interact with associates and managers from different departments. Its mentally stimulating work

      Can get pulled in different directions at the same time but once you get to grips with the role then its all about managing your time

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
