      Management just care about hitting the deadlines. If you want to be a good company's slave, go for it. If you want to be promoted within a reasonable timeframe, have fun working super late unless you want to also work weekends.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
