      Amazon thrives on being customer centric. Given that customer comes first, if your team provides live support, be ready to be paged off hours for help. As long as you are customer centric too, you wont mind it :)

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
