      Great projects to work on, incredibly smart people to work with, and good compensation

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes developers are treated like easily replaceable cogs and if you don't get excited about the actual work, there aren't a lot of extraneous benefits to entice great people to stick around.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
