      Avantages

      Great training program. Good benefits. Ok hours.

      Inconvénients

      Computer programs need updating. Don't sign up for eye care when signing for benefits. No compensation for working past a certain time. No onsite cafeteria. No team leaders only managers.

      Avantages

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Inconvénients

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
