      Avantages

      It is a good place to work and enhance our knowledge. Work-life balance is good.

      Inconvénients

      Interviewer not joining the meeting after starting of 30 mins also, and no response from HR also. After 2 weeks of completion interview, no response from HR for feedback(positive or negative). Not picking call and not responding to mail also.

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions
