      - Great co-workers who are highly competent - Outstanding execution when designers are properly enabled - Fantastic opportunities for learning about design from technical leaders - Flexible work schedule as long as you get your work done

      Inconvénients

      - Cost-cutting measures aimed at CAD tools at critical times during the project that don't make sense - Disorganization in schedules between different groups that work on the same IC - Competition between groups that work on the same IC - Can become pigeon-holed into a role that you are really good at

      Avantages

      Very exciting work, so much so I work 20hours a day. No distractions from silly/fun events. Food is meh so I can focus on work. Coffee is also very mid, not good, not bad but mid.

      Inconvénients

      Not enough work, I only work 20 hour a day, I still have 4 hours to sleep. And on the weekends, we still have 3 hour leisure time. We still accept People who gets hired expecting to work only a measly 80 hour week.
