      Opportunities to come in and help turn the ship around. You CAN make a difference.

      Inconvénients

      This is not a culture of change. You have to lead people slowly to the right conclusion, and make them think it was their idea. This is a very slow and cumbersome process - and an unexpected one from a company that is losing LOTS of money.

      Avantages

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Inconvénients

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
