Avantages
I wish that I could list more pros in terms of working for AMD, but these days there just aren't many - unfortunately. AMD does promote work flexibility, and there are some very smart employees at the company.
Inconvénients
Senior management is disengaged with everyday employees, and it does not appear they are capable of projecting AMD beyond its status as an Intel also-ran. More bad news comes out of AMD than good these days, and it is becoming hard to see that changing in the near-term.
