      Avantages

      Laid back, slow, not too hard. One can find something that they are interested in because there is a lot of work to do and the company can not afford to hire the staff necessary to get jobs done.

      Inconvénients

      Everyone is always looking over their shoulder and acting very defensive because layoffs are always right around the corner.
