      Avantages

      I work with great people, others in other departments say the same. Some low level managers are good to work for, others are not worth working for.

      Inconvénients

      Some low level managers are not very good, and their managers are not willing to listen when there are problems.

      Avantages

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
