      Avantages

      3M offers very flexible and friendly work place for its employees. Ideas are valued and encouraged so that is always nice but the biggest perk for me is the flexible work schedule.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is ok but the benefits package (atleast for my level) suck so maybe that would be an area to improve on.

      Avantages

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
