      Avantages

      Was a great company to work for, good benefits, steady work, full time hours.

      Inconvénients

      Management played favorites, very unlikely that you would be able to move up unless you were to suck up to the team leads and uppers as they picked and choose favorites for every aspect of the company.

      Avantages

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
