Telent is thrilled to participate in the Neurodiversity Celebration Week (NCW), an important reminder that diversity goes beyond what meets the eye. NCW has a pivotal role raising awareness of neurodiversity, highlighting the unique strengths and perspectives of individuals with neurological variations, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, Tourette syndrome, and more. At Telent, we’re committed to fostering a healthy, inclusive, and stigma-free workplace for all our colleagues. Throughout the week, we’ve engaged in a series of dynamic webinars and panel discussions covering topics like 'The Benefits of Neurodiversity in the Workplace' and 'Neurodivergent & LGBTQIA+: The 'Double Rainbow' Intersection', hosted by Neurodiversity Celebration Week. We’ve also had the pleasure of hearing the testimonials of several of our colleagues, who took the time to share their personal experiences and valuable insights on neurodiversity.
