This season, several colleagues took on ski mountaineering on Vitosha, Bulgaria, each testing their own limits and discovering what they’re capable of. In October, our team came together for Hackathon 2025, an energizing experience where ideas turned into action. It was inspiring to see cross-functional teams collaborate, think creatively, and solve real challenges within a short time frame. The hackathon truly reflected our culture of innovation, learning, and teamwork. From brainstorming sessions to late-hour problem solving, everyone showed curiosity, ownership, and a passion for building impactful solutions. Leadership support and open collaboration made the event even more meaningful. Events like these highlight how the company encourages experimentation, values employee ideas, and creates opportunities to learn beyond day-to-day work. A great reminder that intelligence, when paired with action, leads to innovation.
Two months ago, our team joined the “Oaks for the Future” initiative for a tree-planting day - contributing to reforestation efforts and supporting a greener, more sustainable future. 🌱 This is our second year participating, and it’s quickly become a tradition we’re proud to continue. A few hours outdoors, planting oak saplings, sharing laughs, and doing something meaningful together - for the planet, and with each other.
