Sailing with pride! We're proud to share that Angelina Egorenkov, who began her maritime career in 2003, was appointed as our second female Captain yesterday in an emotional ceremony. She will soon receive command of the ZIM Qingdao, which operates on the ZIM Container Service Atlantic (ZCA) line from the Mediterranean to the United States East Coast. "ZIM continues to support and promote women who choose the unique career of an officer in the merchant fleet, as well as in all areas of the company's activity, as part of our vision and values," shared Eli Glickman, President & CEO of ZIM.
Happy Thanksgiving! 🎊 What a wonderful opportunity to express our gratitude to all our ZIMmers, customers, and partners worldwide. May this holiday bring you joy, health, and prosperity. We may all be separated by oceans and vast distances, but the Z-Factor unites us all.
Your shipping needs; our solution. An LNG storage unit from Korea had recently been discharged with precise coordination by ZIM's Navios Devotion vessel at Turkey's port of Yarimca. Throughout the journey, the special cargo was examined repeatedly by experts on deck, to ensure it arrived in optimal condition. No matter the shape or size of your cargo, we've got you covered ✔️
Fruitful opportunities 🍇 Our reefer experts recently had the chance to showcase ZIM's latest innovations and connect with thousands of customers at Asia Fruit Logistica 2022, which was recently held in Bangkok for the first time, one of Asia's most dynamic and vibrant cities. The trade show provided a fantastic opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of our customers' needs, offer them ideal logistic solutions, and develop new business potential across the Asian fresh produce industry.

One for all and all for one 🙏 Our Hong Kong team recently delivered mooncakes and fruits along with a donation to Christian Action, a non profit organization assisting elderly and special needs children, so they could take part in the Mid-Autumn festivities, despite their financial incapability to do so 🥮 We feel blessed to have shared the joy of this celebration, as we believe everyone should have an equal chance to enjoy cultural traditions.
