Brian McKay, Store Manager of Wild Fork Paramus, recently led a cooking demonstration at Juniper Village—an assisted living and memory support community in Bergen County, NJ. This initiative goes far beyond food. It’s about creating meaningful experiences that spark joy, foster connection, and uplift the communities we serve. As a business unit of JBS USA, we participate in the #Leadership Fundamentals Program, a program intended to create a more engaged workforce and foster a unified company culture. The program is held quarterly through virtual sessions and wraps up with in-person training and graduation in Greeley, Colorado.
