Two employees of Weatherbys Private Bank visited Wootton Park School to conduct mock interviews with a group of very ambitious and talented 15-year-old learners. The majority of these learners had never been involved in an interview before, so to see them engaged in such a positive way was great to experience; they had great follow-up questions and had clearly prepared well for the day. The feedback we've since received from the school has been amazing; they left feeling inspired and more prepared for their future.
At the start of July 2025, we took on 24 interns for our Summer Internship Program. They join us in 3 locations: London, Wellingborough and Edinburgh, and are split across Private Clients, Racing Bank, IWA, Marketing, Risk, Business Development and Arkle. Here they are, enjoying the Raceday in Newmarket! A great opportunity to network, revel in the racing and bask in the glorious weather. They're an inquisitive, enthusiastic and bright bunch, and feedback on them has been overwhelmingly positive.
It was a pleasure to attend the Finance and Management Consultancy Fair at the University of Oxford. Our representatives, who included Aidan Faik, Dorothea Birss, George Murray and Jodie Shaw, enjoyed speaking with students about the opportunities with us, such as our internship & graduate programme and Associate Private Banker scheme.
