The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare service delivery, and experience in consulting or project management within the healthcare sector. This role requires expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and organizational goal development to inform decision-making and improve patient outcomes. The Executive Director will lead strategic programs, oversee data-driven decision-making, manage quality improvement initiatives, and foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace. They will also drive organizational change, establish long-term objectives, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective healthcare solutions that align with national standards. This position requires a master’s degree in health administration, public health, public administration, social work, or a related health field, along with at least ten years of progressively responsible experience and seven years of management experience in a large, complex organization.
