From unearthing the past to shaping the future — meet Xudong Yang, Senior Quality Analyst at Thoughtworks. Originally from China, Xudong began his journey in archaeology, driven by a passion for history and discovery. A master’s degree in computational archaeology at UCL sparked his curiosity for tech and eventually led him to Thoughtworks. Drawn to our culture of autonomy and belonging, he joined as a graduate QA in Chengdu and later took on a long-term assignment in Thailand — a place he now calls home.
