Our Texas Capital Multi-ethnic Employee Resource Group (MERG) partnered with the American Red Cross and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association yesterday to host a blood drive and support communities across Texas. With 106 donors, we were able to produce 105 units of life-saving blood donations. Thank you to all who participated!
It was an honor for Texas Capital to host a signature forum across the state with the leaders of the National Medal of Honor Museum, President & CEO Chris Cassidy and Chairman of the Board Charlotte Jones accompanied by Medal of Honor Recipient Colonel Jack Jacobs. When it opens in March of next year, this museum will be the premier national institution dedicated to the stories, impact and legacy of the service members who earned the Medal of Honor.
Our incredible STARs Analysts kicked off the start of their program with a volunteer event at Austin Street Center, one of the largest low barrier shelters in Dallas. By assisting in the welcome center and clothing room, volunteers assisted 75 guests and and prepared 1,200 hygiene kits.
