🌍 Last week around the globe, Wellbeing came to life. 🧘♀️ In Dubai, the day began with early morning stretches. 🎨 In Romania, the beloved Color Run made a triumphant return. ☕ Across Europe, breakfast tables and coffee corners buzzed with connection. 🎶 In Egypt, colleagues brought rhythm and adventure with a Nile cruise and sound healing. 🥤 In Taipei, wellness met flavor at a drool-worthy smoothie bar. 🛌 In India, sound and sleep therapy provided deep rest. 💡 In Australia, teams dove into a Bupa-led wellbeing workshop. 🎧 In Switzerland, a fast-paced “guess the music” contest got hearts racing. 🌿 In Kenya, a peaceful forest walk and team breakfast nurtured body and spirit. 🌀 In the Americas, 100+ Temenosians joined a virtual Restoring Ourselves session, where a guided stress scan dropped self-reported stress levels from 7 to 3.
