Last week, our Central Services teams came together to discuss one of our key focuses within our Strategic Vision, moving forward with AI. AI isn’t just two letters, but the future for us as a company. Making sure we’re ahead of the curve within Professional Services, it’s also important for our internal teams to keep up with the pace but also be the pace-setters within our industry. After being in the ‘classroom’ for the morning, the team rewarded themselves in the afternoon with an old-school Sports Day with the classic egg and spoon race, skipping, sack race, three-legged race, and even all having a go on space hoppers! 🥚 As dedicated as they are to delivering services across our 70+ offices and 2,000+ team, we know it’s important to take time out of our busy days to have times like this. It was a chance to properly switch off, have fun, and bring everyone together. 🧡 We look forward to next time!

Empower Hour across TC Group. 🧡 As part of National Mental Health Awareness Week last week, we were proud to introduce our new initiative – Empower Hour. To support our mental health and general wellbeing, we had one paid hour to use however we wanted. To reset, recharge, or refocus. We’ve got some amazing Friday news to share… 🏆 We announced in March that William Haselden, Partner from our TC Leonherman (South Manchester) office was shortlisted for 'Accountant of the Year' at the 2026 Insider North West Young Professionals Awards. Well, here he is proudly holding his shiny trophy! At last night’s black-tie evening at the Emirates Old Trafford, hundreds of people across multiple sectors came together to celebrate the region’s best professionals, 35 years and under. The judges praised Will for his “exceptional career progression, strong work ethic and impressive client retention". 👏
