This week we are recognizing another one of our Pathfinder Awards winners! As a reminder, Pathfinder Awards celebrate Siteimprovers who embody our company Culture Compass. The Bold Frontier Award recognizes individuals who exemplify risk-taking resilience. This individual courageously takes risks, embraces bold and scrappy approaches, and demonstrates resilience in testing and regrouping for greater success. The Q1 winner was Amanda Stewart, Creative Content Manager, who was recognized for stepping up and taking on the enormous task of organizing our 2024 Sales Kick Off (SKO) on a very tight timeline. Congratulations again to our winner, Amanda Stewart!
Happy Women’s History Month! To celebrate, we hosted community gatherings at each of our hubs to recognize International Women’s Day and this year’s global theme of #InspireInclusion This year's theme underscores the crucial role of inclusion in achieving gender equality. It calls for action to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create environments where all women are valued and respected. When we #InspireInclusion, it encourages all of us to recognize the unique perspectives and contributions of women from diverse backgrounds, including those from marginalized communities.
This quarter, Siteimprove introduced our new employee recognition program — Pathfinder Awards! Pathfinder Awards celebrate Siteimprovers who embody our company Culture Compass. The Everest Award honors a group or team who shows results-driven commitment. The inaugural winners of our Everest Award are responsible for creating the framework for Siteimprove’s Product Pulse Launches. This group serves as an example of how to deliver on a collective commitment, conquering obstacles to reach new heights and achieve expected results. Congratulations again to our winners: Renate Stjernlöf, Anna-Louise Grummesgaard, and Sebastian Ekstrøm!

We’re in love with our new Copenhagen office! 😍 Overlooking the city waterfront, the Havneholmen office is a stunning example of why Denmark is famous for its architecture and design. From its airy, open plan set up to those awe-inspiring views, every detail has been optimized to facilitate the in-person moments that matter. We’re excited to embark on this new expedition and can’t wait to see how this new chapter unfolds.
As one chapter comes to an end, another begins! 📖 After 7 years, it’s time we say goodbye to The Palace, our nickname for Copenhagen’s former HQ, and make way for our new Havneholmen office location. We know farewells can be tough, but hellos can also be the start of an exciting new chapter. Thanks to The Palace for the countless memories. We will keep the Siteimprove spirit going in our new space (keep an eye out for a glimpse of it soon 👀).
