This little girl’s name is Ria, and you couldn’t tell by looking at her, but she’s been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia. Ria’s mom, Elle Campe (you’ll see her in the carousel), is our Transformation Lead but she’s also a neurodiversity champion who is always looking to share her experiences with others to help them feel encouraged and know that they are not alone. Now, we want to hear from you. Do you have children who are neurodiverse? What have your experiences been? What do you love most about them? Tell us in the comments 😊. #AutismAwarenessMonth #Neurodiversity #Parenting #LifeAtSage #Health
When Nokuthula joined Sage as an intern four years ago she came in full of promise and now, working as a Quality Assurance Analyst in our SA office, it’s pretty hard to picture the business without her 🙌 The secret to her success is her love of a good challenge. This has allowed her to maximise all the learning and development opportunities she’s received so far 😊 Have a read through the carousel to get a sneak peek into Nokuthula Maduma’s story 💚 #CustomerService #Learning #Development #LifeAtSage #Careers
Watch the video below of two phenomenal leaders here at Sage with one important message which is that gender representation must exist for organisations to thrive! Trigger warning: this post contains a vivid account of a life-threatening event involving the family of a Sage team member. We're putting it out into the world because the wonderful Kate (Griffin) Bonner has had the courage not only to share this experience—and how it's turned her whole life upside down—but also to channel it into doing something good for colleagues who've also inadvertently become carers in their home lives. Kate, we're in awe of you for the way you've coped with everything you've faced recently. Thank you so much for all you do. #Carers #Change #Health #LifeAtSage #SageCareers
Francesa was only an apprentice when she published her first book, ‘The Un-rule Book’ a collection of stories from Gen Z entrepreneurs about the world of business. A link to it is in our bio and forgive us for the spoiler but, this is a really good book! 😆 A day before the book’s launch, she was faced with a massive hiccup but having a winning team saved the day! 💚 Read her story to find out more 😊 The Unrule Book - https://www.sage.com/en-gb/blog/the-unrule-book-starting-a-business/ #LifeAtSage #Teamwork #SageCareers
